Refund Policy

Refunds

Clean Coast Eco-Wash and Landscaping refunds may be issued in certain circumstances. If services are provided in the exact manner in which it was previously discussed by our team and you, our customer, your request for a refund may be denied. If services provided did not meet your expectations, or the services provided were not performed the way it was previously discussed, your request for a refund will be thoroughly reviewed, and you may be issued a 100% refund.

In order to qualify for a refund, the provided services for which you want refunded must NOT have been provided more than thirty (30) days prior to the refund request date. Any requests for a refund after the thirty (30) day period will be denied.

To request a refund, please reach out to us via email at sales@coastecofriendly.com with a detailed explanation of what services were requested, what work was performed, and the reason for the refund request.

When requesting a refund, you may elect to receive your refund in form of an account credit, to be applied to any future work you may request from us, or however your payment was originally processed (cash/debit).
