Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy is non-negotiable. We understand that unexpected things can come up at any time. We strive to be as reasonable as possible when it comes to bookings and cancellations. When booking a service with us, please ensure you select a day and time that works best for you so that we can provide you with quality work on your schedule. If you need to cancel a booking, please reach out to us. If your appointment was booked at least 7 days in advance, we require at least 72 hours' notice. This allows us ample time to find another valuable client for our services, ensuring we can operate efficiently as a business. If your appointment was booked within 72 hours, we require at least 24 hours' notice. If your appointment was booked within 24 hours, please notify as soon as possible; however, no penalties will be applied. Failure to provide adequate notice based on when your appointment was booked will result in a 25% cancellation fee or a fee of $150 if the service rendered would exceed $500 in value. These fees are necessary due to the loss of revenue from inadequate notice, which prevents us from filling available time slots for other customers. Please be considerate if you are unable to keep your appointment.
